Hey Matt,
you didn't mention anything about the thermostat. make sure it works, could
be stuck or half stuck. I always recommend to start your troubleshooting
with the cheap stuff and work your way down the price sheet, The stat is
easy to test. Yank it out and put a pot of water on the stove. drop the
thermostat in the water. Once the water reaches the stat's opening
temperature you should hear it pop. If it pops, it's a good unit. If it
doesn't, now is your chance to get the 180 stat the MP PCM likes anyway =)
