Yes, 5 speed manual heavy duty. Found mostly in Ram 2500's w/Cummins or
V10s. VERY rare to find one behind a 5.9, and they were never offered in
1500 trucks.The NV4500 has been replaced with the NV5600 6spd mated to the
Cummins.
