I never let the RTV cure before torqueing stuff up. It might get a
little bit of skin but that's all EVER.
Just don't go overboard and use a full tube.....
Nice 1/4"-3/8" bead INSIDE the bolt holes, slap it on and shove the
bolts in, you'll be fine!!
