I don't know what my noise is anymore. Anyone live in Spokane WA who
can come listen to it while I drive and find out where it's coming from?
:p I'd ask my wife but she's got a broken leg and my 8 and 5 year olds
can't reach the pedals. ;)
At this point I'm wondering if it's CV axles, though how they'd get that
worn in 134k when they're not even being given torque from the engine
most of the time is beyond me. I'll just change out the steering stuff
and re-seal the rear diff with additive this time and get the new
wheels/tires on there and trace the noise from there. I'm about ready
to give up and take it to the local 4wd shop and tell them to diagnose
the goddamn thing.
At this point I miss my nice simple FWD. :(
