I'm in the process of planning my October calendar and was wondering when
Daktoberfest 2009 will be. I can again bring the brisket again (or
something else if preferred). I've never done chicken in it before, but it
holds quite a few drumsticks. I would probably use an entirely different
rub on them though.
Thoughts, recommendations, pleas for food?!?
