You will need a 4x4 y-pipe. A 4x2 one won't clear.

Subject: DML: Spare Exhaust Parts
Hey everybody,
I just did some damage to my exhaust Y pipe on a stump and I'm
wondering if anyone psuedo local has one laying around?
I'm guessing not, so does anyone know what else might use the same Y
pipe as my truck? I don't know if the 4x4s and 4x2s match, and I
don't know if the Rams use the same or not.
I'm still running flex tubing for my exhaust since I put the transfer
case doubler in so outlet position and length aren't super critical
but it's got to clear the body and trans and such. If I had to hazard
a guess I'm thinking most any Magnum v8 probably used the same
manifold outlet position and Y pipe.
For those that don't remember my truck is a 98 4x4. With a couple mods.
