16" 2001-2004 Rims on 1st gen

I've spotted a set of stock 16" 2001-2004 Dakota rims on Craigslist. I
was thinking I'd grab them for a "rainy day" when my current tires wear
out, and they're fairly cheap. Anyone put these on a 2nd Gen (1995) 4x4
with either 30x9.5 or 31x10.5 tires? I'm paranoid about offsets now due
to previous negative experiences. ;)
