how to find out what rear end is in a Ram

Hey guys and girls, our neighbor has a 2006 Hemi Ram 2500 and wants to know
if the rear end in it is strong enough to pull a camper that he is looking
at.

Question is... how do we tell what the rear end is and what is the best for
pulling?
