my iPhone is jailbroken. I can keep an app (Pandora) running in the background while I do other things. Lack of backgrounding an app is really my only iPhone complaint. We only do WinMo and BB here, so I know both of them quite well and can think of precisely ZERO features I miss that they have and my iPhone doesn't.

WebOS has some very nice features as far as the "cards" metaphor for multiple running apps, I like that. I haven't played with any android phones long enough to say so but I do like the fact that the carrier lets you out of the walled garden that is the iTunes App Store. That whole program is so broken it's not even funny but it only shows in fringe cases, and doesn't get much attention.
