You have it reversed. 10w30 for summer and 5w30 for winter.

That said, there's not much difference in the summer between 5w30 and
10w30. All I noticed was the idle oil pressure is slightly lower when
warmed up with the 5w30. Especially with synthetics, I'd run 5w30 year
round.
