If the truck has sat for a long time, the pistons or more likely the
caliper slides, may have seized up. Pull the wheels, calipers, rotors...

Check for signs of overheating. Blue shiny glaze look on the rotor
surface... inner pads worn more than the outers... check the slide pins
to see if they move freely and regrease them.

Replace anything if questionable.
