Have you tried screwing a lag screw or easy-out into the broken tube and
pulling it out?
If we cannot afford to take care of Veterans, then we should stop making

I need to remove the oil dipstick tube from the housing. It broke off
right at the bottom of the tube, where it goes into the housing. I have
nothing to grab onto. Is this something that I can get at by dropping the
oil pan and pushing it out from underneath?
