If your '95 is like on my '95 (very likely as they're both 2nd gen trucks)
the top one is the fill and the bottom one is the drain. The bottom one is
a pain as it's only accessible in a 2" gap between the tcase and a frame
cross brace. I had to get like a 26mm open/closed end wrench as there's no
allen head on it.

When it's out be prepared for an ATF shower, it comes shooting out and hits
said frame cross brace and makes a nice wide fan of ATF toward the front of
the truck.

Refill with ATF+4. I used Amsoil in mine and it noticeably improved the
shift action, especially into 4LOW.

Note that Mobile 1 ATF is NOT recommended in the transfer case, at least
last I looked as it wasn't ATF+4 compliant at the time. I used it to top
mine off when it was leaking due to someone installing the speed sensor
wrong and it didn't seem to hurt anything other than making 4LOW engagement
a bit more tough.
