OBD II code

On my '96 OBD II, I am pulling a 27 code with the key on/off method which
is, "Injector #?? output driver does not respond properly to the control
signal" where ?? could be injector 1 through 8.
Will a scan tool tell me the exact injector that is giving the code? Any
other tips for this code?
