Subject: DML: 98 Dakota 2wd rear slippage???
As I accelerate from a stop, the rear vibrates, almost like the rear
tires are slipping, till I get about 10 mph then all smooths out. Seems
to be worse when pulling a loaded trailer but still does it when the
truck is empty. The u joints seem to be tight. It kind of feels like the
rear end is twisting a little so the rear wheels are out of line during
the acceleration from stop.
