Isn't there a break-in tranny fluid change? Seems that's when the dealer left
me a pint low...

I think this is true. I have two theories. First, I think many tires get out
of balance by the time they're well worn. I've checked my tires at 20 or 30K
and am always surprised at how far out of balance they are. Second, it's
possible the compound is softer...
