Many list members may be incommunicado over the next week or so. In the
interest (self, that is) of reducing the number of bounced messages due
to full mailboxes, here are the instructions for unsubscribing/resubscribing:

How to subscribe, unsubscribe, etc:
info - will send you a message explaining what the list is all about,
and how to subscribe and unsubscribe.
help - is the same as info.
list - will send you a list of the e-mail addresses of all subscribers.
list digest - same as list, but for the digest version
subscribe - will subscribe you to the list
subscribe digest - will subscribe you to the digest version of the list
unsubscribe - will take you off the list.
unsubscribe digest - will take you off the digest version of the list.
special - will forward your request to the list owner, to be handled
personally. Please use this sparingly!!
Note: subscribe and unsubscribe can be abbreviated as sub and unsub,
respectively.
All of these commands must be placed in the SUBJECT line!
