Actually CC announced not long ago that they would be making available
development kits to aftermarket manufacturers so that performance goodies
could be developed and used on the road legally.
I seriously doubt that Uncle Sam would ever allow this info to be made
available to Buzz Backyarder. Putting on my responsible citizen hat I have
to agree.
