I'm lookin for anecdotal info on Speeds!
Since I've never actually seen anything written about
'Do Not Exceed' Speeds (I think the truck will limit itself) but
I dont want to damage anything. I doubt I will but thought I would
check. Q1 - Is there any rule of thumb for a 3.9L '90 Dak 4x4 as
to how fast you can/Should go while engaged in 4 Wheel drive?
Q2. - Is there any rule of thumb for the same truck as to how fast
you can/Should go while engaged in 4 Wheel drive with the OD
Switched OFF?
I dont have a tach (auto-A500) so I have to use Speed as a judge.
The truck runs fine in both of these conditions @ 70mph, but the
Engine sounds like its really windin' out (MPG is pretty sad driving
in this condition)
