Did anyone see the Muscle Truck article Motortrend did a couple months
back? There was a 4WD 396 c.i. Lingenfelter small block powered Chevy
Tahoe, and a Mopar Performance/Vortech Supercharged AWD Grand
Cherokee. The article was also featured on Motortrend TV as well. The
drivers boasted about both trucks ability to just mash the go pedal
and fly. Very little wheelspin loss.
I also remember reading an article back when the Syclone first came
out about how the 1/4 mile time difference between wet and dry
pavement could be measured in tenths. Pretty impressive.
If the Durango is truly based on the Dakota then maybe Dodge could be
convinced that there's a market for a full time AWD truck again. What
do you guys think?

An all wheel drive (AWD), as opposed to 4WD, truck would probably cost
just as much as a 4WD, but it would be really slick for rain and/or snow
driving. It'd also be good for the guys who have a problem with lighting
up the rear tires. Mash and go.
