Is the Dakota still in the first year warranty (12 Mo, 12K Miles)? If
so, they should give a loaner, however I believe they are not required.
Is this dealer the one it was purchased from? Usually the selling
dealer will provide a loaner.
IMHO - Try another dealer.. This one seems like he don't want to keep
you as a customer.
