Tires for Non 4x4 Dakota?

I'm going to have to do a rubber upgrade fairly soon.
I'd like to get something a little more substantial
attached to my wheels so I can get a little more
clearance. I have a '95 Dakota 2WD with factory stuff.

Anyone know how big of a tire I can get that won't rub in
the tire well?
