  This is covered in all the manuals, including the Owner's Manual
in the glove compartment. A range of torque is specified for the
wheel lug nuts, which tells me that the exact value is less important
than equalizing the torque across all nuts.

  I don't have the manual handy, but I've been using roughly 90 ft lbs.
