I believe your truck exhausts about twice the weight in water as gasoline
being burned. The water is in water vapor exitting the cylinder, and no
doubt through the cat too. From there to the tailpipe, it's dropping in
temp and pressure, which are the right conditions for it to condense to
liquid form. A really low-restriction exhaust ought to work better as a
steam condenser than a restrictive, small diameter one.
