Actually, I haven't *got* the kit in my hot little hands yet... :-) So I
don't know... that's why I was asking if anyone knew for sure what the
difference was...

You may have a point, but I could've sworn Kuk said something about
blowing his valve cover gaskets... I was looking for advice on which
ones to use... I suppose I'll use the ones that came with the kit, and
save my old ones, and if I have problems, I'll try the old ones, and if
more problems, then get the heavy duty ones. But why would there be
heavy duty gaskets if they weren't subjected to *some* pressure??

According to the FSM they should be tightened down to 95 in/lbs.
