Hey John,
I just got a Mopar bed mat for my 97 CC V8 5-speed 3.55 SG this week. I
like it really well. It doesn't come with pre-cut holes for the tie downs,
however, it has places marked on the mat to cut out in order to access the
tie downs. It fits very well and is nice and thick to ensure bed protection.
