unscew the black lock push thing out of it's stem
remove the black piece of thrim around the handle that opens the door by
pushing it forwad and unsnapping it
remove the phillips screw in the arm rest
to remove the window crank there is a clip behind it...you need to pry a
little bit on it to see and take a small pick or screwdriver and pull the
clip out. be careful cuz sometimes it will fly but you can find new ones at
any parts store.
the rest of the panel will unsnap from the door...it is held on by a bunch of
clips...since the panel is plastic you can usually just pop the the clips
away from the panel with a scew driver.
push up on the panel itslef and it will come right out. if you have the
mirror control thing on the panel you will need to unscrew that as well
first. if you don't (like i do) it is a good spot to hold a tweeter on each
side.
