Can't understand how a Tornado or anything else can improve fuel
atomization in a vehicle with port or direct FI. With a carb or port FI I
could see that there could be a possible improvement in the atomization.
Possibly the Tornado somehow smooths the air flow into the throttle body,
but atomization I doubt.
