Andy is right,
You do have to pay for the five gallons of gas. That is all
they are required to give you, but each dealer may have a policy on
this. Before I ordered mine, the salesman agreed that it would be full
when I picked it up. When he called me to tell me it was in and ready
to go I asked him "Is it full of gas?" he replied "uhhh...it will be
by the time you get here." (He had to go fill it up himself, out of
his pocket)
