Yes to all three questions. I have the Mopar bedliner, as far as Tonneau covers go, I couldn't tell you though. Most people I've talked to suggest getting the under-rail bedliner, as it won't scratch the top of the box.

Subject: Dak stocks low...
Went to the dealer today to talk to parts guy about
the mopar bedliner (questions below). He was out
to lunch. Took an inventory of the lot. 4 Daks,
all V6 autos. At one time, there was about 15-20.
There was a bunch-o Rams.
Regarding the bedliner for the 97, couple questions
fer y'all...
+ Are there openings for the tie downs (embedded
ones in front, and back ones on side wall?
+ The bed has the recessed notches for 2x6's so
that sheets of plywood can be laid flat. Does
the mopar bedliner preserve this? I like that
idea. I thought it was cool.
+ I'm going to get a fiberglass tonneau cover,
is an under the rail better in this case, or
doesn't it matter?
TIA
