The pic's I've seen of the Durango and the limited view I had at the
Auto Show have had the '97 dash. It looks like the *exact* same
dashboard, instrument cluster, and even the center console from the
bucket seat option. This would all make sense really. This would all
help in speeding up the release of the Durango. The better they are
at deproliferation (sp?) of parts the less quality issues they have to
     worry about.

I've got to check for this indicator on my dash. Maybe have to find a
     way to use it. ;^)

Or a sport utility vehicle with a hatch! Hmmm.... Is Dodge planning
to
use the same dash as the '97 Dak in the Durago? The existance of
that light would seem to indicate so... Why design a light you're
not going to use?

Ok, I'm no Sherlock Holmes, but I'd bet the instrument panel in
the Durango will bear more than a passing resemblance to the one you
'97 drivers see every morning.
