I have the same issue. It also has a list of Dodge aftermarket add-ons, and how to get in touch with the manufacturer's, both powertrain and decorator add-ons. That's how I found the grill-guard I want. The Mopar one looks somewhat flakey to me, but Long-Tek Engineering has one. Not a half bad price either, $340.

Hey guys:
When I was at the music, book, and magazine store today I just happened to
be glancing through magazines when I came across the August '97 issue of
Sport Trucks magazine. They have a 5 or 6 page article on "How to Do a
Ram" They had some pretty neat pictures and write-ups of new full-size
rams and new 96 or 97 Dakotas. For anyone interested it seemed like a
really neat article and I think it talked about some performance mods, and
I even seen a picture of one with the Ram Air hood(really sharp
looking)which they said you could buy from aftermarket dealers.
Just thought I would let you guys know
Later
