That smell is something nasty growing in the vents or ducts. There's a
germicidal spray you can spritz into the intake vents to kill it. Some
people even use a weak bleach solution, cuz a lot of times, it's mold. But
that can get out of hand. Bleach can smell bad too. Better to go to Pep
Boys or other parts place and buy the spray. Then you don't have to worry
about rinse water sitting in low places, waiting to grow something even
more evil than what you just killed.
