Depends....are we talking mileage or downforce on rear? The tonneau would
give better aerodynamics, mileage, and top speed. The tailgate thing would
give better downforce to the rear of the truck. They're advertised as
mileage increasers but only in that they are better than the wind hitting a
closed tailgate. ;^)
