First you need an irc program. You can get mIRC which is what I
use

Another program that a lot of people use is Pirch but I'm not familiar
with that one. Once you get the program you can enter you information
like email address, choose a online nick name for yourself. Then you
can scroll through a list of different chat servers. Pick one that says
EFNET and once you get connected type in #dakota and you should connect
to the dakota chat room.
I'm not too good at giving how-to's on setting this up, I just fooled
with it until I got it to work. Someone else may be of more help in the
setting up area, Pat maybe? Anyway most of you guys can probably figure
