I have to question your response here Sean. I recently used a tailpipe
cutter that was a series of cutting wheels linked by a chain. It worked
great! I borrowed it from my neighbor the last time, but I'm thinking
of buying one myself. Maybe you're talking about the Lisle tool with
only 4 cutting wheels?
