Yes, the water pump has a weep hole that will start leaking when the
seal starts to go. Just replaced the pump on my 92, 82,000 mi. Not a
bad job but does take a special laaarge wrench to get the fan clutch
off. 39mm if I remember. I got a large open end from sears that was
close, 1 -5/16 or something. I'll check it if you decide to do it
yourself.
