It indicates the 1450 is available with any combination of 5.2L,
either transmission, and either 3.55 or 3.92 rear end.
It indicates 3.55 is standard with 1450, 5.2L, and automatic, but does
not indicate a standard gear ratio with 1450, 5.2L, and stick.
It doesn't give any hint how to code the order, though.

I got the order sheet back faxed back from my dealer. It did not have any
axle codes on it and he assures me that you get the default codes unless
you specify an option code. (in my case the 3.55 is standard with the
CC V8 4X4). If you wanted the 3.90 option you would code DMH. If you want
the higher GVW package you would order Z5B (gives you 3.90 with 1800 lb
payload vs stock 1450 lb). I sure would feel better if all the default
codes would be displayed on the order (vs relying on default rules as
above explanation by my dealer). Sure would ease the confusion factor
