this run was the fastest ever and i was so happy that my throat was hurtnig
cause i was screaming in joy.

The scenario was pretty okay. was around 75 deg. during the last two runs.
i launched at around 1500 rpm on each pass and shifted around the same
points (right at 5,000). i also used a bag of ice on each side of the TBI
between each run. the burnouts i did were basic (pull 5 feet out of wetbox
and nail it till it hooks up the Drag Radials) and i ran 15 pounds of air
in the DR's. (not one ounce of tire spin) i also ran no air filtration at
all (no base either, found the truck is faster without teh damn thing.) oh
yeah. forgot to mention the fact i put water wetter in teh truck today
(didnt notice a temp difference though) and ran her down to a 1/4 tank and
added some outlaw octane boost (but this wasnt the first time i've run the
1/4 with that little fuel,. i have run it before wiht the low fuel light
real bright!)

but all that crying about not geting into the 15's is over now. im so hapy
i can sleep well tonight just because my truck went faster than 16.00. not
too bad for a club cab '97.

:)
