Jay,

Water-Wetter is one of the many products made by Redline. It is my
understanding that it does not change the operating tempature of
the engine. It improves the efficiency of the heat transfer from your
engine to the water/antifreeze mix. I can lower the operating tempature
of the heads (and probably other componets) about 20 degrees.

I have ordered two bottles of the stuff from Archer Racing in Minnesota
for my '97 Dakota 5.2 and my '95 Neon Sport.

I don't think it will provide much of a performance boost to either vehicle
but it may extend the life of the major engine componets. It can't hurt
them by running a little cooler.
