Never been my experience(Keystone Cop scenario). Just push the vehicle with the door open,
hop in, pop the clutch & away we go! (Of course, a slight hill to your advantage makes it even easier :-)
We don't need no stinkin' AAA! Give a a lever <clutch?> and I'll move the world! ;-)
