I have Firestone Firehawk SS10 275/60R15's on my 15x8 stock wheels. I have
absolutely no rubbing. I love the look of the wider tires. They do extend
just barely past the fender. I would think that the 255's would fit fine
on your truck. You do realize, though, that the 255/70's will probably be
a little taller than your stock tires.
