FRom what I've seen, they are a stick on transfer that should come off with
the help of a heat gun (looks like as hair dryer but HOTTER) or you could try
the 3M product used to remove such decals by bodyshops. Comes in a spray can
but I've never used it so "follow directions" on the can.
