Hey Pete, welcome to the list. I have a 94 and had the same problem w/ the
idle surging problem. A couple things to check. Distributor sinc.- you cant
set timeing w/ the distributor because it's computer controlled, but there is
an exact point where it has to be and if it's off it could do what your
describing. second thing I would check would be the AIS motor, sometimes it
needs adjusting. My brother used to be a Dodge mechanic, that''s the only
reason I know. tom
