My Truck used to thump also. It's a 92. Whenever I would make a left turn, I

would feel a thump on the passenger side. I took it to the dealer several
times
and they said they checked this and checked that and said they think they
fixed it but it still thumped. So finally I got under her myself. I found
that
a bolt our two were a little loose on the chassis on the passeger side of
the
truck. So I tightened them up, and haven't had any thumping noises since.
