Its not hurting anything. Mine has been that way for the last year.
I simply turn the ignition to the on position for about 2 seconds
then its starts right up. Fuel preasure is fine so there must be
seeping by the check valve in the pump/regulator/filter assembley,
located inside your fuel tank. In my opinion way too much trouble to
try and fix since it only takes a second or two to charge the fuel
rail.
