Turning in my 4x4

Last night I used the 4x4 for the first time. When making a 90 degree right or
left from a stop sign, I noticed that the truck almost does not want to do it.
 It rolls almost as if it has something stuck in it. Put it back in 2wd and it
felt fine. This is my first 4x4. Is this normal?
