I had a problem with the paint peeling from the roof of my 92 dak. It took 1
telephone call to the customer service number to Detroit, Michigan, 3 letters
to the CEO, 3 visits to the service manager at the dealership, 2 letters to
the f*****g service manager, and 1 certified letter to the service manager
before I finally got paid for the repairs to the paint. It took about 14
months...Main thing is don't give up! Good luck!
