AFAIK, all Dakota's have stock front anti-sway bars. I know for a fact
that the '94-'96s don't come with stock rear anti-sway bars, but can't
say for earlier or later model years.
Very easy to check: just look under your truck.
Check http://www.addcoindustries.com to see if they have an application
for your truck. Also feel free to call them on the phone. I can't recommend
them enough; they were extremely helpful.
