I've tried to put two 8's in the rear but the metal on the 98's is to thin
and you get terrible vibration from the metal. You may be able to stiffing
the support but you will lose valuable space to install in. But I'm in the
process on building a rear console sub box consisting of a 8' and a 10'. It
goes in between the front console and the rear of the cab. Basically it
devides the rear seat into buckets. I'm hoping to have it done this
weekend. If I can duplicate it, I may but interesting in selling them.
I'll let you guys know.
As for the amp mounting. I building a amp rack below each seat in the rear
to contain the amps. As for mounting them under the seats, just make sure
they have proper ventilation or they will over heat.
